Scott Turow, Macmillan, McGraw Hill sue Meta for AI copyright infringement

Five major publishers and author Scott Turow filed a class action alleging Meta knowingly trained its Llama models on works pirated from LibGen and Anna's Archive with Mark Zuckerberg's personal sign-off. The suit follows Anthropic's $1.5B author settlement.
