Sanders, Ocasio-Cortez Announce AI Data Center Moratorium Act
Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez introduced legislation imposing a nationwide pause on new or upgraded data centers of 20 megawatts or more until federal AI safeguards are in place.
