LCHB Files Class Action on behalf of Minor Victims Alleging xAI's Grok Generated and Profited from AI Sexual Exploitation Images and Videos

Lieff Cabraser and Baehr-Jones Law filed a class action against xAI in Northern California federal court on behalf of three victims whose photographs were used to create child sexual abuse material through Grok. The complaint alleges xAI deliberately designed, marketed, and profited from the image generator while refusing industry-standard CSAM prevention.
